Panel: Marine-grade HPL (High-Pressure Laminate) (ASTM D7547 salt-spray tested ≥1,000 hours). Wood-grain veneer resists scratches, maintains aesthetics.
Frame: Reinforced with moisture-resistant MDF edging + aluminum corner brackets, countering vessel vibrations.
