Safety-Optimized Structure

• Guardrails: Full-length upper guardrails (height ≥300mm, IMO FTP Part 1 fire-retardant padding optional), preventing falls during rough seas.
• Ladder: Angled side ladder with anti-slip rungs (textured steel), ensuring secure access to the upper bunk.
• Anti-Tip Anchoring: Pre-drilled mounting holes for floor/ wall anchoring (CCS-compliant), eliminating movement during vessel roll/pitch.

Space-Saving Storage

• Under-Bed Drawers: 2 heavy-duty drawers (W800×D500×H300mm each) with vibration-resistant roller slides (rated for 50kg static load per drawer). Stores uniforms, gear, or personal items.
• Open Shelf: Optional middle shelf (between drawers) for footwear or small equipment.

Bunk Configuration

• Sleeping Decks: Upper and lower decks (mattress size: 900×2000mm, 6-inch marine-grade foam optional).
• Weight Capacity: 150kg static load per bunk (meets IMO crew accommodation standards).
